Halloween Movie Review - Is Halloween Horror Movie Best Movie Ever?

We've all seen movies sure it does not bother us to look again, and whenever we see them, they remind us exactly why we loved them first. Well, Halloween is the kind of movie.
Halloween is a story of a murderer escaped mental patient named Michael Myers, who returns to his fictional hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois on Halloween in order to pursue a predilection homicide discovered by his parents when he was six years after killing his older sister. Made in 1978, Halloween, there is still one of the best horror movies ever made. Here are some reasons why.
Halloween: the night he came home.
The first thing I will say is from John Carpenter, Debra Hill and decided to write a horror movie with Halloween as a backdrop. They understood that if done right they could maximize the latent potential of terror, suspense and horror to create a film around the festival might have. And baby, is it well done. The result 29 years later, the film became a cult classic and is considered by many as the precursor of most horror films of the 80s and beyond.
A star is born.
Jamie Lee Curtis played Laurie Strode, large innocent eyes and awkward teenager who took on Michael Myers, and although moviegoers with us was absolutely afraid of our minds, it gave Michael Myers, as he could manage . For someone who had not had a role in the film at this time, and although Mrs Curtis has been very critical of his performance, I can not image this film being as good he was with the young actress in the role.

It was said that whatever the type of film you're not really a story without an antagonist well written. And as for Halloween, the role of the antagonist was played exceptionally well at the end of actor Donald Pleasance. Donald has played Dr. Sam Loomis, the physician who had the onerous task of dealing with Michael Myers when he was a kid. And because of his thorough knowledge of his patient, he knew if he was released from the hospital, he would undoubtedly return to his hometown and the final result would be as expected, people would surely die. You get the feeling of watching the character of Dr. Loomis' on the screen he was very obsessed with ridding the world of evil "that is Michael Myers. Christopher Lee, if I mistake not originally offered the part, but it obviously went to the man who, with a doubt, no justice.
The man behind the mask
There were many others to play the role of Michael Myers in the aftermath that followed, but none have loved Nick Castle. It was the perfect embodiment of the vision of John Carpenter, for what he regarded as "pure evil." To truly appreciate a great performance this man should be seen in all its horrible. Sorry, but in all its glory.
What is the boogey man?
The main thing that makes this movie so good was the ability of John Carpenter, to capitalize on our "child-like" fear of the "Boogey Man". The Boogey Man is worst nightmare of every kid. Nothing scares children as the boogey man. Children still believe that despite what their parents tell them, boogey man does in fact; dragging under their beds and their closets, waiting and lurking in the shadows right up to their little lives. Kids revere their parents, at least most do, and may even be afraid of them, from time to time, but as for the Boogie Man, they are really scared. And for this reason that the character Michael Myers is a kind of archetype, in that it is the fullness of the one person who scares us like no other. Thus John Carpenter himself envisaged. He did, however, refer to him differently when he wrote the piece. The website, pitofhorror.com said Michael Myers, the form is what John Carpenter referred to as Michael Myers in the script. Throughout the film you see only the outline or Michael lurking in the shadows, non-descript and very "form". Now you tell me, which makes it look like you?
Ok, you die already!
What I remember most about this film when I saw for the first time, was that it was really scary, of course, all only 14 years would think. It was something about the massive masked man brandishing a knife as big kitchen, trying to take the life of each, with relative ease. A man, I might add, that refuses to die more than one occasion. Michael Myers in May was not "The Boogie Man", the infamous purveyor of terror, but it was however, a scary ass dude. It does not bother me to watch again and again in this great movie.

Remember when the larger costumes or robes meant a mult-colored Muumuu? There was not much choice for cute Halloween costumes. Last month, I started researching the costumes for good (as I wanted to order early for fear of the sold out or not available in most costume size). I checked the sizes available and to my surprise I found almost all the costumes I checked was larger over the costume. Costumes, I found 5 favorites.
